Preferences
Language, time zone and date and time formats.
In the admin: My account › Preferences
Preferences changes how TotalBase reads for you. Every change applies at once; there's no Save.

| Language | the instance's default, or a language of your own. Only the interface is translated, never your data |
| Timezone | the one dates and times are shown in. If the organization set one for everyone, it says Set by your organization for everyone |
| Date format, Time format | 24-hour or 12-hour, and how dates are written |
Right now reads as shows the current date and time with your choices.
The theme (light, dark, system) is in the avatar menu, not here. The instance's defaults are in Settings › General › General.
